Buyer’s Responsibilities

  • Present written purchase offer to seller.
  • Secure financing (and provide earnest money).
  • Arrange for (or waive) a home inspection within a specified time frame.
  • Provide information required by the title company.
  • Apply for utilities.
  • Arrange for Homeowners Insurance.
  • Provide Homeowners Insurance information to the lender.
  • Forward final documents (and income verification) to the title company.
  • Perform a walk through prior closing.
