Seller’s Closing Day
- Confirm all personal belongings and garbage have been removed.
- Submit a receipt for final garbage bill.
- Provide receipt(s) for work performed to satisfy the Purchase Agreement.
- Confirm transfer of utilities.
- Leave all keys, garage door openers, remotes, manuals and warranties.
- Perform final walk through.
- Lock all doors and windows.
- Stop U.S. mail.
- Bring I.D. to closing (or arrange for pre-closing paperwork).
